After spending over 25 years in international and domestic HR roles in several fortune 50 companies, Steve founded The Oval Group in 2003 which now serves hundreds of clients. TTI Success Insights awarded him “Consultant of the Year” in 2012. “We exclusively use TTI SI tools, because in my experience, they are absolutely the best available” — one of the reasons he is certified in every tool TTI SI offers. Steve has undergraduate college degrees in Fine Arts (Theatre and Film) and Education, plus an MBA in Organizational Behavior. His theater training and work experience provide him with a unique set of skills in the area of effective communication. Steve marries his knowledge with the Dynamic Communication curriculum to help clients move the needle on team work and team effectiveness.
