As Chief Development Officer, Rodney leverages TTI Success Insights’ intellectual property in non-traditional verticals to affect growth within all facets of the company. Rodney focuses on the development and growth of the business through building relationships in the industry, identifying opportunities, and completing business deals. Rodney leverages strategic thinking and sharp executions coupled with relentless ambition and energy, helping TTI Success Insights to reach targets, goals, and attain objectives.

Rodney started his decades long relationship with TTI Success Insights by successfully using its solutions as a regional manager for a major tool manufacturer. Seeing the value and life changing experiences these solutions provided, Rodney was also a full-time consultant helping companies improve their operations. Rodney and TTI Success Insights partnered to develop an advanced Internet Delivery System® (IDS) for their assessments, which was patented in 2001.

In 2001, Rodney founded Ministry Insights, a faith-based extension of the TTI Success Insights company. Passionate about helping people discover their God-given strengths and helping them share these strengths with the world, Rodney pioneered the applying the theory of DISC into this faith-based endeavor with brands like Leading From Your Strengths, Different by Design and the 210 Project. Ministry Insights continues to grow and thrive.

Rodney has authored Leading From Your Strengths, Different by Design, Love and Money, and The 210 Project.

Rodney and his wife, Elizabeth, have been married since 1984 and live in Scottsdale, Arizona. When he’s not working, Rodney enjoys golf, mountain biking and spending time with his grandchildren.
