As president and resident visionary, Rick’s role at TTI Success Insights is to chart the company’s future endeavors by creating cutting edge solutions that evolve the Talent Management industry. Rick oversees global distribution and guides the marketing and creative teams. One of his most notable accomplishments was that Rick, along with other members of senior leadership, has built the 12 Driving Forces® and the new series of enhanced team reports. As the president of distribution, Rick leads distribution development and training initiatives worldwide. Rick has introduced and trained distributors and clients in over 30 countries on six continents on talent management solution product lines including TTI Success Insights TriMetrix®.

In his almost 30 years with TTI Success Insights, Rick has held several key positions within the company, working in virtually every business capacity as the company grew from a small operation to its position today as a large, global presence. He is a member of the Hartman Institute’s Board which pursues the ongoing study of axiology.

When not working, Rick enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. Rick loves the water and enjoys boating, water-skiing and wakeboarding, as well as skiing, snowmobiling, go-karting and riding off-road motorcycles.

Rick holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Arizona State University.
