Mark is Founder and President of Bluewater Advisory, and Managing Director of Bluewater Search, the award-winning retained recruitment division of Bluewater Advisory. Mark’s work focuses primarily on “maximizing the art and science of talent management.” He is an expert at recognizing and measuring talent and soft skills, leveraging his talent through direct client work and guiding the Bluewater Search team of Market Directors and expert Selection Specialists. In January of 2013, Mark won TTI Success Insights’ Blue Diamond Award, recognizing him as a trusted partner for his cooperation, dedication, and contribution to both his clients and TTI SI. In January of 2012, Mark and the Bluewater team were awarded the distinguished honor of 2011 Selection Specialist of Year from TTI Success Insights for outstanding growth while retaining a 100% retention rate for client new-hire placements.
