Alex began working with assessment tools in 1994, advanced to consulting projects in 1996 and progressed to owning the business in 1998. Alex currently runs four companies, and is a member of the advisory board of TTI Success Insights and is also a member of the Robert Hartman Institute.

Alex has participated in several industry events in the USA, Turkey, Russia, Dominican Republic and Italy.

Alex has been writing articles about his field for the past twenty years.
